This bra is great. It has hooks in the back like a regular bra so you can adjust its fit. It holds well and doesn't allow a lot of bounce when running or doing other cardio. The straps don't dig into your shoulders althought they have no padding. Fit was true to size.

I have been happy with the performance of this bra in terms of control, but the fabric is not the softest. Washing hasn't softened it, but it's not intolerable.

I'm training for a marathon, and these are the best sports bras for running that I've found. I have about 6 of them. They keep you nice and snug and dry, and don't chafe at all. I highly recommend them!
