a good buyApr 14, 2010 My husband and I only have one vehicle and when he goes to work and takes the car, I'm at home with no way to get anywhere, like the gym. And since we live in Germany, I can't just call my sister and have her pick me up. So when I bought this, it was so I could work out when I am stuck at home. This is one good buy. The seller was great and it was shipped to my house quickly. I am very satisfied.

Helps relieve back painFeb 01, 2010 I generally have slight lower back pain when I wake up in the morning and I get rib/side pain from sitting too long. Since I've been doing the second half of this workout every morning (twenty minutes), the pain has been gone!
"Let me see those smiling faces"Jan 23, 2010 Before I had started this video, I was skeptical, sedentary, lazy, and overweight. I always viewed exercising as torture, and had never enjoyed it up until now. Denise Austin is a very upbeat, positive, and beautiful person. I happen to like her encouraging comments, although some may find it cheesy. Her upbeat personality and comments remind me a lot of Chrissy from Three's company. This DVD is composed of 2, 20 minute workouts. The first one is simple workouts and stretches and easy to follow along. After only doing 1 session, my body was sore for the next few days. Session 2 is more challenging and indefinitely requires more strength and flexibility. I like to start off my day doing both, and the time seems to fly by. Initially I was skeptical because I didn't sweat that much and the exercises seemed so simple, but I had already noticed results as in as little as less that 2 weeks. I feel my abs and my back are stronger and leaner,and I have already lost 8 lbs without making any diet changes, in a matter of a few weeks. I had tried to switch to another Yoga workout DVD (not by Denise Austin) to alter my workout and was disappointed in how boring it was. After being so pleased with this DVD, I just ordered 3 more of hers! I absolutely love Denise Austin!

Denise Austin - PilatesDec 24, 2009 I heard from a friend (who is in her 70's) that this is the best DVD to use when starting yoga, however I did not have a good experience getting the DVD so I can only rate the order experience which was not good. I will probably try reordering but from a different seller. Thank you.
