 Easy supplementation.Feb 07, 2010
I started taking this for the Iron and now I keep finding out new reasons why it's so good to add a capful of this to my morning tea. Definitely a good buy, no taste or smell, just drop in tea or water or juice and you're good!

This product is wonderful. The price is impressive for what it does. It is tasteless. It is a great way to start the day and to use as a pick me up later on in the day. It has helped to tone my lupus rash down immensely which is impressive. I find my energy so much better since starting this product. I will keep using it as does all that it says and more. We all need more energy and better nutrition in our diets. This product is worth having in the diet.

these are very easy to take, being liquid. Note, mark on bottle with sharpie pen the date you opened and be sure to use withing the time it would take you to take all the doses. Past that the taste changes a little. Also shake before taking.

I received the Morningstar Minerals Energy Boost today. I've taken mineral supplements in the past and there was always a strong taste to them and they were dark in color. This does taste like water and looks like well-water, w/o the rusty taste. Not much of a bite to it at all. I've read the reviews, but I'll give it a few days to see if I feel any different. So far, I'm skeptical that something that tastes so much like water has all the minerals and benefits it claims to have. My husband will be taking it too, so I'll let you know if it works any different for him. Then there will be 2 opinions instead of one.
