rarely use this mat as it is not practical for plane travel or moving around alot. It takes up too much weight. Otherwise is fine. Provides lots of cushioning and has a convenient travel case.

This yoga mat works great for on the move yoga travel. I packed it in my suit case and take it where ever I go. It's also nice because the mat has lines where the mat folds that help keep you lined up while doing poses. Works great for all my needs.

I wanted a mat to take with me when I travel, and this is the perfect mat. It fits easily into my carryon bag and has prescored fold lines that makes it fold flat (much easier to pack and carry than a rolled mat!). The fold lines also help with alignment. It stretches a little along the lines, so I wouldn't use it for my yoga classes, but I use it every morning for my home practice because it's easy to tuck away and it's got a nice texture (not slippery). For more strenuous practice, I highly recommend Hugger Mugger Tapas Nature Collection Yoga Mat (68-Inch, Sunset). It's beautiful and the material is perfectly sticky and soft, better than the other mats I have -- Savasa Natural Designs Collection Yoga Mat (nice but a little fragile) and one from Gaiam (beautiful but too slippery).

I love this mat! It's so light -- wonderful for travel. The folding lines are also good for alignment. This is not a durable mat for everyday practice though -- it stretches out while you're in your practice and will move around so you'll only want to use it when you're on the move. Also great for a picnic.

Great yoga mat if you're traveling across town, not if you're traveling across the country. I was looking for a portable mat to pack in a carry-on suitcase/backpack to use while traveling, but this mat ended up taking up about the same space as a rolled mat. I should have paid closer attention to the details on size and weight - don't make the same mistake I did!
