Highly recommendedFeb 19, 2010 I've let friends and family members borrow this book and have recommended it to countless other women who were pondering whether weight training was for them. It's an excellent place to start.
This is an important book. In order to remain active and enjoy superior quality of life, I believe most women should engage in some sort of strength training. If not the routine introduced in the book, then another designed for any special needs or limitations a woman might have.
Great overview to get started and keep going on an exercise program!Sep 20, 2009 I highly recommend the book. The weight program is very easy to implement, and within three weeks I noticed a difference.

A Program Thats realisticNov 15, 2008 I have spent a lot of money on exercise programs, equipment, and DVD's. I never have the time or motivation to really follow through. This simple program is different. I can fit it into my schedule, and I have seen enough progress to keep me interested. No more guilt about not following a program.
