Haven't I seen these moves before?Jul 27, 2010 The video is pretty good. I feel the burn afterwards and I definitely break a sweat. However, I was a little disappointed to see all the same moves from the 'Accelerated Body Sculpting' Windsor pilates dvd. I may have counted 3-4 new moves in this 20 min. video. I did notice that doing them all together instead of spread out made my abs burn more, but I was excited for something new!

Better than an ab workout at the gymAug 12, 2009 This is an advanced and challenging ab workout. I've been working out for years and consider my abs relatively strong and this definitely gave me a good workout. My boyfriend did it too, and also found himself straining and sweating. The last 2-3 excercises are especially challenging and if these dont tone your abs, i dont know what will.
Whenever im at the gym, i always find that i dont push myself hard enough with my ab routine because of laziness, boredom, etc. I woudl highly recommend a regimen like this for that extra push. I dont know the long term effects since i've only done this workout twice, but I would bet if i stuck to it i would start seeing a major difference in my core.
This is a wonderful workoutAug 06, 2009 This video really kicks your butt. I have been doing it now for about two weeks. I have more definition, and stronger abs. What I like about this video is that you can do it when first starting out as a begininer than as you get stronger the some workout still applies. I try and do it every day, and when I skip a day I can totally feel it. Really a great buy!
